muru-D goes local!

Back in October 2013, we proudly launched our mission to have a real impact on the Australian entrepreneurial ecosystem.

How are we going?

Let’s take a look back. In 18 months, we have accelerated 20 early stage companies across two batches, launched our Singapore academy and exponentially grown our muru-D family and network within Australia and beyond.

As awesome as these achievements are, we realise that there remains a GREAT deal of work to be done and more ways for us to help Australian entrepreneurs, whoever and wherever they are.

This is why we have decided to go local.

muru-D is looking to share our IP and global network of mentors and partnerships with cities around Australia through partnering with local ecosystems to establish “muru-D powered” accelerator programs.

Why partner?

We recognise the importance that an engaged local ecosystem plays in entrepreneurial success here in Australia.

We are looking to kick off a pilot program in September this year, and are currently seeking expressions of interest from local entities. If you think this opportunity might be for you, here’s some information about what we’re looking for:

– Local ecosystems that have all the key components to become vibrant and collaborative entrepreneurial hubs through establishing a full scale accelerator program

– One local entity that will partner with muru-D and run the accelerator program locally
