muru-D startup gets out of the “shark tank” alive!

Congratulations to SpacetoCo, a startup currently in our Perth program, who successfully scored an investor after appearing on Shark Tank Australia this week.

SpacetoCo is a platform to source, find and book community spaces by the hour for events, weddings, networking or whatever else you need!

Appearing on Season 4 of Shark Tank, the former school teachers were grilled by each of the “Sharks” before securing $210k from Steve Baxter for 20% of their company.

Steven Baxter is an entrepreneur and investor and founder of River City Labs in Brisbane, who muru-D partners with to run an accelerator program in Queensland.
