Chandra has a personal commitment to social equity and is constantly searching for innovative solutions to foster social inclusion through entrepreneurial activity. He joined the Spacecubed team in April 2017 as Impact Manager.

PROGRAM COORDINATOR, PERTH
Kate has been working for coworking space Spacecubed in Perth since November 2014. She has been part of the muru-D family since 2017. Before Spacecubed, Kate was working in the not-for-profit sector, coordinating fundraising events. In addition to running Plus Eight accelerator in Perth, Kate manages hackathon events, such as Startup Weekend, and is the lead for Perth Web Girls – a community initiative to get more women into tech careers. Kate is passionate about people and gender equality.

In 2011, Brodie founded Spacecubed to support Western Australia’s growing, but disconnected startup community. Brodie was a Churchill Fellow, and is also one of the Directors of StartupWA, which aims to advance the startup economy in our state.
ENTREPRENEUR IN RESIDENCE, PERTH
Derek began his career in the technology industry in global roles with PwC and Barclays Bank. He led the growth of a management consulting business through to its sale to an ASX listed business.
He then founded Greensense – a software company (SaaS) that measured energy, water and waste consumption in commercial buildings and successfully exited when the company was acquired by ASX listed ERM Power.
He now is an active tech and impact investor which he does through companies he founded – Go Capital and Purpose Ventures. He established the angel investor group Innovation Bay in Perth, holds a number of Advisory Board roles, run the BetterLabs Venture Fund, and is Entrepreneur-In-Residence for the RAC and the Plus Eight accelerator run at Spacecubed.
