muru-D Singapore Cohort 2: Month 2

It has already been two months into the program! All our teams are working incredibly hard developing their business, generating new customers and learning how to be better entrepreneurs.

Here are some highlights from this month:

• We held our first Investor Night which brought together 25 leading Singapore investors to muru-D Singapore to watch our startups pitch their businesses. There have already been committed investments as a result of the night. Thanks to the investors for supporting muru-D!
• Lars Jankowfsky delivered a Master Class on “how to build a killer tech team”; Rajesh hosted a mini class on Product Management.
• Our friends at ThoughtWorks hosted a day of Agile framework design and our teams were blown away. While most people think of Agile as a set of tools or best practices, Thoughtworks teaches that at heart it’s a philosophy of delivering high-value, high-quality working software quickly and frequently. Thank you to our ThoughtWorks friends for spending the afternoon with us!
• muru-D Singapore hosted a networking event with the Singapore Startups and Angels Networking Group, which brings together quality startup founders with active angel investors for pitches, drinks and networking. If you have interest in attending future events please join the meet-up group.
• On 15th December, muru-D will be hosting a Master Class on “How to be a great Angel Investor “. If you’re interested in attending please email our Entrepreneur in Residence, Craig Dixon. Spaces are limited to 15 attendees.
